You will need a building warrant on all garage conversions. We will happily deal with all architects drawings and building warrant applications on your behalf. We specialise in garage conversions and know the building regulations and planning process inside out. We meet the building inspector on site throughout all stages of the conversion through to the final inspection. Shortly after install you will be issued with a final certificate to prove your garage has been completed to current building regulations.
